Thank you for filling out the first (basic information) form. Now you will have to fill out your experience in each magic type. I should note that this is a fairly complicated form, so I'll tell you what each field means below:

| Learn God: | How many people have trained you that were at a mastered to godlike level of this magic type? |
| (NOTE: The "Learn Normal", "Learn Adv.", and "Learn God" fields combined cannot be greater than 3.) | |
| Train Year: | How many (human) years of your character's life have you trained or used this type of magic? |
| Age: | How old is your character (in human years)? |
| Body: | What percentage of your body would you say is comprised of, or usually has, energy of this type flowing through it? |
| Encountered Minor: | How many things have you fought or studied that have used magic of this type at a lower to average level? |
| Encountered Major: | How many things have you fought or studied that have used magic of this type at a higher to god-like level? |

There are two versions of this form that you can use to fill out your experience: The full (expanded) version, which has each field listed seperately, or the compacted version, which lists most of the fields in a text box, and shows the order to fill in the field data.
Lastly, if you have fewer magic types than the number that the form displays, just leave the rest blank.
