(I should note that this kind of board is somewhat different than most other message boards: Rather than registering an account for each character, you only have to register one account [your username] and add your characters separately; It's much easier to manage =) ) On the 30th of September, the MMG will be re-opened to the public, but much work remains to be done on both the site and on the boards; be prepared to expect changes and updates without prior notice as a result of this. |
You confront a beautiful, medieval building of white marble and silver. Gold and black marble can be found as well, leading in a straight pathway to the grand building of the Miscellaneous Magic Users Guild before you. The large silver worked doors depict a grpyhon in flight, split in half when one door is opened. Swinging open with the lightest touch, the doors stand open to invite you inside.
Inside, the building is cool and the scent of spell components and magic residue fills the air in a fragrant mixture. The main area breaks off into several halls, and here and there you can spot patches of Magi. Dressed in a myriad of colors and styles, the species that have enrolled here are as varied as the colors they wear. The only real thing you can find in common about them is the silver and blue badge of a gryphon in flight, the same as the one you saw on the large double doors.
As you await some guidance, you don't notice the couple of Magi approaching you. Before they reach you though, you are alerted to their presence by a few cheerful greetings from the magi scattered about the room.
One is a fairly tall woman with almost teal hair and deep blue eyes that posses the slit pupils of a cat, dressed in tones of browns.
Her companion is a taller man with golden blonde hair and sapphire blue eyes, dressed in gold and black armor with a royal purple shroud around his waist.
As they reach you, the woman with the teal hair shakes your hand vigorously.
: "Greetings, and welcome to the MMG. I'm Lika, the GuildMistress. This is Ragnarok Gotterdammerung, my second in charge, the Co-GuildMaster."
Ragnarok smiles and dips his head, saying his own greeting.
: "We are around here all the time, so do not hesitate to call on us if need be."
As he finishes, an elven mage in fluttering blue robes races over and mumbles something about a duel.
"You'll have to excuse us. Duty calls," Lika says politely, then turns on her heel and follows after the young elf. Nodding his head, Ragnarok turns and follows after.
Hard to believe such a pair run things around the most powerful Guild around, but you don't seem to worried, they have everything in hand it seems.. Shrugging, you turn and walk off to explore.
