Deart was born Justin Erreden, the bastard child between Skan Erreden and Kitra Rivan. He was orphaned only weeks after his birth, and adopted by the Kadena Church. Soon after, he broke away and joined the Alchemist's Guild. Years later, Duyvere himself (Kaiser of the Planet, he was called) took Deart under his wing for purposes known only to him, and taught him to use magic. At this time, Deart fell in love with Duyvere's mother and mate, Lika. For breaking the law of touching her, Deart was sentenced to death. He escaped, however, stealing a time machine meant for Duyvere's death as a child. Days after his arrival to the present, Duyvere followed him, wreaking havoc in his wake. Deart, however, managed to kill Duyvere, and could finally live his life in peace. |
Personality: | Deart is shy, especially around women and strangers. He doesn't have too much self-confidence, but has much esteem in his abilities as an alchemist. He is slow to anger, and fun to be around with friends. Though he is baffled by it, Deart is in awe of magic and mechanics. |
Throwing Knives (×15) |
Type: Weapon (Knives) |
Knives, balanced perfectly for throwing. They are each about a foot long (five inches of wooden, handguard-less handle and seven inches of thin blade) and double-edged, as well as sharply pointed. Though meant primarily for throwing, any of the knives could be used for melee combat if neccessary. |
Short Sword |

A long-bladed, heavier dagger, sheathed in an ornate horizontal scabbard on the back of Deart's waist. It is single-edged and too point-heavy for throwing, so it is only for use in close-combat fighting. |
Duffel Bag |

A large, dark green duffel bag that is carried around with Deart almost everywhere. In it is a large collection of herbs, a makeshift lab for quick emergency use, and most importantly, dozens of unlabeled potions for quick use. |
Kaiser (Gelding) |
A small, gray gelding with a blunt nose. It takes a good eye for horseflesh to recognize Kaiser as quite a capable horse, both in running speed and distance. |
